Detailed presentation of the project content: The aim of the development was for the company to acquire modern technologies, by creating modern infrastructure conditions, which improves resource efficiency and the quality of produced products and services, which leads to a higher level of productivity.

Within the framework of the project, the construction of a new 25m wide and 40m long storage hall was realized, and several different types of personal elevators, forklifts, manual hydraulic lift trucks, pallet lifters, baling machines and solar collectors were purchased as part of the procurement of equipment. In addition, 30 hours of training and consulting services for determining the direction of strategic development were implemented for 1 main IT employee. The request for purchases and services is closely related to the activity of the enterprise 5210'08 Warehousing and storage.

The project was implemented at 5516 Körösladány, Dévaványai út 37, where the company's headquarters are also located.

In terms of milestones, a milestone was set on 08/31/2023, but the actual physical completion of the project took place earlier, on 12/15/2022. By the end of this date, the company had completed the construction of the new warehouse, the acquisition of the listed equipment, the completion of the training, and the use of the consulting service.

Actual project completion date: December 15, 2022.

Project content: Within the framework of the project, a complex energy development was implemented at the Körösladány site of POLYTER-MIX Ltd. with the development of a solar system.
The aim of the investment was to improve energy efficiency through the development of building energy and the use of renewable energy sources.
Implemented developments: thermal insulation, flat roof thermal insulation with sandwich panel, modernization of the heating system, modernization of existing obsolete lighting systems, installation of sectional industrial gates, replacement of old obsolete, outdated doors and windows, and installation of a 50 kW solar system.

Owing to energy modernization, energy consumption is reduced, the energy efficiency of the building stock is improved, the emission of greenhouse gases is reduced, this also reduces the burden on the environment and the company's overhead costs are reduced.

The use of a renewable energy source (solar cell) contributes to the energy supply of the building, by using it, it is possible to generate electricity, which covers part of the energy demand arising from the lighting and electricity use of the building engineering.

Project content: The project aimed at increasing the competitiveness of Polyter-Mix Kft. In Körösladány was implemented with EU support within the framework of Széchenyi 2020. With the equipment purchased within the framework of the project with a budget of HUF 29,954,000, we can operate almost completely waste-free technology. The film cleaning and drying equipment is suitable for cleaning and drying thinner, dirty and paper films, thus we can produce better quality regranulates. The currently purchased PE film is able to process waste much more efficiently, helping to minimize garbage in landfills. Adaptive technological innovation activity, ie the investment of assets, has resulted in a significant increase in the efficiency of our economic activity and the quality of our products.

The significant surface of the site, nearly 1,600 m2 of new space, was also covered, and a fire water storage facility was built due to the new capacity. Construction began in April 2012 and was completed on July 31, 2013.
